I made this with the cards I had lying around. I know mono red aggro has no place in commander, but Koth of the Hammer is too good to NOT be played aggressively. cards for draw like Reforge the Soul, Rummaging Goblin, and Faithless Looting. The cornerstones would be Dragonmaster Outcast, Thundermaw Hellkite, and Utvara Hellkite. Not a whole lot of utility, mostly just creature destruction, evasion, and burn.
