Basically a Budget ''shapeshifter tribal'' with lots of copying support. My first and favorite deck ever. The lands and artifacts that produces mana of any color are very important for you to be able to activate abilities from the cards you copy/steal from other players

How the deck works? You make copies of Keiga and the copies die instantly since you have to sacrifice them (legendary rule). When a copy dies, you take control of target creature. You can then make copies of the creatures you take and then use them to win the game. The deck also has good copying targets available besides Keiga (Meteoric Golem, Steel Hellkite, Agent of Treachery, Jace's Mindseeker, etc).
