Monarch is one of my favorite recent mechanics, and the 5 Courts from Commander Legends really struck a chord with me. I can't think of a better way to utilize them than to support the newest version of one of my favorite characters: Queen Marchesa. We've given the Queen a selection of three thrones: each steering how we will attempt to rule the board.

(Update: Thanks to WoE, we now have 6 courts to choose from, but I'm still committed to this deck name!)

We can use the Monarchy for two general purposes: 1. Gain some extra value and 2. Let our opponents squabble amongst themselves over who gets the extra card.

This deck does not have one clear-cut path to victory. Instead, we rely on chaos-inducing effects that mix up the board state and keep our opponents focused elsewhere, until we can hopefully drop an uncontested Gisela, Blade of Goldnight or Skyline Despot and clean up whatever is left.
