I wanted to build an Orzhov deck and decided to go with a death and taxes kinda feel, you got the "tax" cards put stress on the opponents resources and gain you value sometimes, and then you got you "death" cards that tax your enemies life points passively for doing normal actions. Than you got your removal which is you, as the IRS, repossessing the opponents assets. Then there are curses which are just for fun but also kinda like the IRS fining and/or jailing you. anyways, its a rough draft and just for fun, cheers!
