This is [$50] Budget & Theme Deck
These decks are just for casual fun and flavor, that's why they don't have any combos or tons of removal. Because of low powerlevel, Budget/Theme works best when played with other similar decks. Theme decks allow you to play all those wacky cards that you would never use in your normal Commander deck.

Deck must have a certain theme. Budget for the deck is $50. No mythic powercreeps or degenerate combos. Decks should be fun to play with/against. Flavor beats functionality. Awesome Top-Down design.

What is that distant rumbling that sounds like a thunderstorm even tho' there are no clouds in the sky?

It is Lorthos, the Tidemaker, the undisputed tyrant of the underwater realms, who has awakened from his long slumber.

For ages have the merfolk ruled the seas but now their time has come to an end. When Lorthos unleashes his wrath upon the world, the merfolk are nothing more than food to fuel his fury. Oceans themselves obey Lorthos' will and gigantic leviathans, krakens and sea serpents swarm in his wake. There are no castle sturdy enough or mountain high enough to save you. The tide will rise and take everyone and everything into cold, watery grave.

This deck is all about flooding, tidal waves and huge creatures of the sea. Spells like Tidal Wave , Whelming Wave and Flood show what this angry octopus can do!
