The original printing of Werebear easily has some of the best flavor text in the history of Magic: the Gathering. I don't care that being a two mana 4/4 in 2019 isn't as good or as rare as it was in 2016 and I don't care that current Tron and Delver lists have made graveyard hate super prevalent; I love Werebear and have decided to give him and his bad pun a home.

This list is a combination of 2016's deck: 04-03-19-ug-threshold and current UB Delver lists. It uses cheap instants and self-milling cantrips (Mental Note and Thought Scour) to quickly fill the graveyard in order to turn on Werebear and Nimble Mongoose's Threshold ability, turning them into a 4/4 and a 3/3 respectively.
