Couple of goals here...

1. Get Dark Depths on the board, and then use Thief of Blood or Vampire Hexmage to summon Marit Lage.

2. Try to control the board and utilize Jhoira of the Ghitu to cheat in some higher CMC spells

3. And of course, use Nekusar to damage and disrupt.

Not exactly sure how it's going to play, but I didn't want this to be a typical Nekusar build.
