This deck attempts to stay under the radar until it manages to find an infinite combo and wins. There is a large amount of boardwipes and removal, so it attempts to maintain a good political relationship by just wiping the board if someone else gets too powerful to keep the other players happy with you. Plus, as this is basically my first commander deck and I'm trying to keep it as budget as possible, I can use this fact to my advantage to try and imply that my deck isn't good and that it won't accomplish much of anything. (Is this how you do politics correctly? xD)

All provide infinite colorless mana, except the last one, which provides infinite turns.

Zirda, the Dawnwaker + Basalt Monolith

Palladium Myr + Voltaic Construct + Zirda, the Dawnwaker

Cogwork Assembler + Powerstone Shard , requires 17 mana to activate, or 8 if Zirda is on the battlefield

Magistrate's Scepter + Mimic Vat , with an imprint of Coretapper

Cogwork Assembler can make infinite hasty copies of itself

Valakut Invoker can ping every player infinite times

Saheeli's Artistry will take every artifact in our library and put it into play, and put the rest in the graveyard. This will find our infinite turns combo, as well as Cogwork Assembler which can grant us infinite hasty creature tokens. Plus you won't die from lack of cards to draw due to Platinum Angel , and we can put Lightning Greaves on it to protect it and use our infinite mana on Soul of New Phyrexia 's ability, so it would be very, very difficult to lose from this position.

Any Earthquake -type boardwipe can damage everyone for any amount, meaning that if we have the most life, we win. Often we won't, but it will get everyone very close to death and hopefully anarchy will ensue.

With a lot of boardwipes in the deck, it is easy for Zirda to keep dying and eventually become out of reach to cast again due to commander tax. Not to mention that our opponents can also just kill them. Fortunately, we have a variety of ways to prevent this.

Indestructibility , Shielded by Faith , and Timely Ward all permanently grant Zirda indestructible, and Boros Charm and Soul of New Phyrexia can do it temporarily.

Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots and Mask of Avacyn all grant hexproof or shroud to Zirda.

Sunforger can unnattach and find one of our 4 counterspells if they target Zirda with removal.

We have very few creatures, so it is important to not be killed simply by being attacked a few times. An opponent will see our open board and attack us for no reason other than that we can't do anything about it. So we need to do something about it.

Dawn of Hope , Hornet Cannon , Sarpadian Empires, Vol. VII , Serpent Generator , and Whirlermaker all make 1/1 tokens, and the cost is made much cheaper with Zirda. Getting a chump blocker a turn isn't bad, especially if we have 2 or more and can make even more blockers. Titan Forge also does this, but at a slower pace in exchange for a bigger creature.

Dawn Charm and Angelsong are fogs, which could prevent a lethal attack against us

Rebuff the Wicked , Mana Tithe , Dawn Charm , and Lapse of Certainty all counter spells, and Gilded Light can effectively counter a spell targeting us

Platinum Angel straight-up says we can't lose, so there's that I guess.

Approach of the Second Sun is an alt win con, as well as a way to win if we get the infinite turns combo up

Thaumatic Compass   can fix our terrible mana base as well as find us more lands in general, and the flip side can be very helpful when protecting ourself and a very good political card

Magnifying Glass with Zirda out turns into "3 mana per turn to draw a card", which is very helpful when this deck has very little card draw, plus it's a mana rock

card:Oread of the Mountain's Blaze becomes "1 red mana to loot" with Zirda up, which can help if we get mana flooded or need different cards in genearl

Diviner's Wand is also reduced by Zirda, becoming "2 mana to draw a card", as well as buffing the creature equipped

Soulbright Flamekin is basically free mana on our turn + trample if we need it
