The impact of this combo depends on what's imprinted on the scepter and on how much mana your rocks produce.

Spell on the scepter;

If you produce more than mana, you have near-infinite mana. If you happen to have any color in the leftover mana too, you have near-infinite amount of that color. This also makes a huge storm count for Blind Obedience .
