Riku is a very powerful commander and has served the deck well since its inception. The pure value and versatility he provided will be hard to match. I believe that the newest Omnath is up to the task. He is one less mana, has a bigger body, and directly benefits from and contributes to the decks main goals.
After only the first few turns the deck typically has eight lands, a draw trigger from the eighth on should keep my hand stocked with ways of getting more lands. The +1/+1 counter trigger will likely target Omnath every time quickly turning him into a valid attacker and causing commander damage to be a relevant threat. His etb, unfortunately, will be largely useless but every once and a while it may kill an important x/1 or Omnath, Locus of Rage/Titania, Protector of Argoth will be going off and result in big damage.
Even ignoring the etb I expect Omnath to match and exceed Riku's performance.
