This is an amalgamation of two decks that I have build a while ago wich had similar concepts. Since I liked both but didnt want to buy two decks that mostly do the same thing to win I decided to combine them and just turn them into a commander list.

I do like how it has turned out.

What is it you wanna do? Simple you want to mill. With Phenax you mill more the bigger your creatures are, so I chose creatures that are either big to begin with or get bigger as you mill (the haunt of hightower with freed from the real is brutal). Then I added an infinite combo and a synergy or two (bloodchiefs ascension + mindcrank, eater of the dead + Phenax) because why the hell not.

You have problems with removing anything once its on the field, so keep that in mind when chosing what to and what not to counter. Play your threats slowly as to to not make yourself a target early on.
