My first attempt at a competitive Commander deck. Some monetary restrictions on the ideal mana base, but I dont think I want to forgo entire other casual decks for the sake of this one.

One win condition for the deck is taking all of the extra turns with a (probably reanimated) Wanderwine Prophets .

Another is to win via Laboratory Maniac . I can draw out the whole deck with Illusionist's Stratagem + Naru Meha, Master Wizard or Dualcaster Mage , or with Mind Over Matter + Azami, Lady of Scrolls .

Feedback would be greatly appreciated, I r noobsauce.
