Sideboard

I started playing Magic october 2013, a couple days after the release of Theros. The first deck I rememberd building was I Golgari "grave/counter" deck with cards like Grisly salvage and commune with the gods to fill your hand and grave, drown in filth to kill stuff, treasure find to get things back and an assortment of creature like Lotleth troll, deathbridge goliath, dreg mangler and slitherhead.

The Pioneer format feels like a timeline of my magic "career" and I wanted to test it out and of course I wanted to build a Golgari deck with my guy the Lotleth Troll. First I didnt find any build I liked so I started to flipping throught my binders. I know that I wanted an aggresive deck but with the selfmill aspect from my early days of magic. Rotting Regisaur felt like a nice partner with Lotleth troll both aggresive and both want to discard cards (although for different reasons).

Demonic Embrace where a card that I wanted to but in a deck for a long time and this deck felt like it could be the one since you could always get it back as long as you discard a card and could buff your creature and give the evasion.

I was looking at creatures you could get back to your hand from the grave so I always had a creature to discard and Gutterbones where in my opinion the best a 1-drop for 2/1 and 2 to get it back to your hand, the only drawback was that your opponent had to have lost life that turn but in an aggro deck it dosent feel to hard.

Bloodsoaked champion and his cousin Tenacious Underdog are my recurring beaters: Tenacious Underdog are a bit expensive to get back from the grave but can come out and swing Immediately and give me a card when He dies. Bloodsoaked Champion is a bit slower but cheaper to get out.

This deck is more of less for fun and I know its not gonna be a competitive I just love brewing, Pioneer is an on and of format at our local gameshop and I wanted to have a deck ready at hand for when people wants to play.

All constructive critisism and other ideas are greatly appreciated.
