Classic wheel focused build. Goal is the get The Locust God out as early as possible then wheel like crazy until you can win the game through either damage with cards like Purphoros, God of the Forge, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Impact Tremors, or Psychosis Crawler. Deck often wins through pure combat damage with a well timed Coat of Arms or Shared Animosity. Laboratory Maniac is in the deck, and can instant win with Kindred Discovery and any draw trigger, but the deck is not dedicated to the combo. Potentially considering cutting Kindred Discovery, as it's pretty easy to deck yourself with it. Biggest weakness is keeping The Locust God on the field with enough mana up to wheel a time or two. Have been swapping out creature based wheel effects for instants and sorceries to speed the deck up recently. Even with his innate protection, his higher CMC makes it difficult to keep the engine going with removal. Deck wins big and fast, so it can draw a decent amount of hate. Open to suggestions. In a more competitive meta, more counterspells would be essential.
