Took last Friday Night Magic with a record of 4-0
7-5-13

Round One
Went up against a Boros aggro. Opponent swarmed me early and midway throughout the game. Couldn't find my Blasphemous Act in time. Only had enough to block and ended up losing. The next two games, sideboard played out and wiped out his creatures. Ended the round, 2-1.

Round Two
Opponent used Naya Blitz. It seemed like a deck he wasn't accustomed playing...that he didn't even make the deck. Saw quite a few mistakes in his turns. Ended fast and in my favor, 2-0.

Round Three
THIS game was pretty nerve-wrecking. Went up against Esper Matrix. The deck consisted of Tamiyo, the Moon Sage, Terminus, and Obzedat, Ghost Council. He took the first game in the round. Sideboard played a huge role in this match-up. I brought in Skullcrack to handle his Sphinx's Revelation and Dreadbore to deal with the Tamiyo, the Moon Sage. Took the round 2-1.

Round Four
Played against our store's Judge and he used America Control. My sideboard is designed to deal with control decks and it did it's part. Skullcrack, Dreadbore, and even Slaughter Games got pushed in as Brimstone Volley, a Blood Artist, Blasphemous Act, and even a couple land got substituted out. Needed to take the game with an early win. He made a grave mistake with not popping Tamiyo, the Moon Sage for the emblem. He used the burn ability of Izzet Charm to take out a Silverblade Paladin, but only realized it after-the-fact. It cost him the game and match. Took it 2-1.
