Essentially, this is a dredge deck with one little change: a massive combo that wins you the game almost on the spot.

Step 1: Get a couple big dredge cards in the yard.

Step 2: Get the Toad onto the battlefield, either by hard-casting him or using Goryo's Vengeance .

Step 3: Use any draw spell or just your draw step to dredge. Trigger the Toad's ability, and use it to dredge some more. Rinse and repeat until you have most of your yard in your deck.

Step 4: Either win with Laboratory Maniac or Empty the Pits !

Other than that, the deck plays like a solid dredge deck, carrying games away with Golgari Grave-Troll or just a combo-less Empty the Pits.
