Enchantment (1)

I opened up Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper in my first Battle for Zendikar prerelease and played a Bant-Awaken deck and I loved the crap out of it. So this deck started off heavily in the lands; this deck has gone through some iterations and I think this final form is the best it's ever been.

This is where you get so much value out of seemingly terrible spells. Cards like Trail of Evidence , Talrand, Sky Summoner , Docent of Perfection  , and of course Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper himself, give you more value out of the effects you play every turn. You get even more value from cards with Buyback, Aftermath, Flashback, and Rebound for repetitive cast triggers.
Noyan Dar's biggest attraction to most players is his ability to animate lands and make them be your win conditions. You can follow that route, but a lot of the time, I don't even cast Noyan. If you have a Darksteel Citadel or Cascading Cataracts out, you can more confidently buff up a land to be a finisher, but otherwise I didn't want to dedicate so many cards in my deck to making lands harder to kill.
Pull from Tomorrow , Venser, the Sojourner , are just some serious U/W value cards. I'd like to add them if I happened to find and trade for one. And then Celestial Colonnade and Inkmoth Nexus , which are just too freaking expensive to even consider getting.

Thank you so much for taking your time to check out this deck. I have put a lot of effort into it and will put a lot more into it to make it the best it can be at a budget! Please leave an Upvote if you enjoyed the deck, it would mean a lot to me.
