Planeswalker (4)

Hi folks! This deck is a current work in progress. I have been working on trying to find a good shell for a modern land disruption deck everything so far has been pretty clunky. This recent attempt is yet to be tested but he gist of it is to stutter your opponent and deprive them or resources long enough for what little creatures you have to do lethal. Mutual land destruct with the interest of being more resilient to it than your opponent. Weighing the option of Wrenn and Six over Crucible of Worlds . A stupidly strong hand for this deck may look a bit like this: Stomping Ground + Elvish Reclaimer + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Spreading Algae + Wooded Foothills + Crucible of Worlds + Boom or Smallpox or Crack the Earth . With a hand like this you would be able to immediately start attacking your opponents lands by turn 2 safely.
Turn 1. Stomping Ground
Turn 2. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth then play Spreading Algae on one of your opponents now swamps.
Turn 3. Play a fetch like Wooded Foothills ideally then, introduce your opponent to modern's Sinkhole and play
Boom ,crack the fetch in response. Finally play your Elvish Reclaimer if you haven't yet ( play this
first if Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is not in your opening hand and get it out on turn 2) or replay
Spreading Algae if your opponent used the land it was attached to.
Turn 4. Crucible of Worlds start playing fetch lands from your graveyard at this point and thin your deck out. Also use
Elvish Reclaimer to grab more fetches and consider searching for Ghost Quarter eventually an opponent
will run out of basics to search for if you are blowing up one of their lands every turn.

This obviously ignores what you may draw into and there may be turns where playing Smallpox on turn 2 makes sense depending on who your opponent is. The side board for this deck is closer to a maybe board than a side board. It is just attempting to cover where I think this deck is deficient with the notable exception of Trepanation Blade . I love Trepanation Blade and have a problem of trying to find it a home. In the off chance that I have filtered out all my opponents lands and swing it is a very funny way to win via Trepanation Blade . Mill or damage it don't matter! Hope people enjoy this deck listing and please comment and make suggestions if you have any; always open to critique and comment :). Holler at me if I have mislabeled anything or if it should be in different hubs. I do not expect this deck to win any major torments, this is for "fun".
