Many Jhoira decks focus on storm, or artifacts, or some degenerate nasty combo. This one is simple: ramp, draw, lay down threats. Keep the pressure on your opponents. There's enough density of threats in here to outpace your opponents, and the card draw from Jhoira and other sources ensures you can keep it going (the deck is over 50% historic spells!). There's also plenty of disruption and removal to ensure that you can wrest control away from your opponents... or at least make a deal sweet enough to survive.

Wincons: Out-value your opponents. If a game goes long, however: Assembling Future Sight + Jhoira's Familiar + Sensei's Divining Top will allow for a potential Aetherflux Reservoir win. It's also a way to dig to a potential wincon... Just remember that you would draw twice as many cards if Jhoira is on the battlefield. There's enough draw in the deck to win incrementally with Purphoros, God of the Forge + The Locust God . The classic Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth nets you infinite mana if you have a wincon already in hand, e.g. Jaya's Immolating Inferno.
