My take on {B}{W}Lurrus of the Dream-Den{B}{W} in multiplayer casual commander.


Lurrus of the Dream-Den has been a bittersweet card. Awesome art design, awesome synergies... but overall a totally unbalanced card for the majority of MTG formats. That's why she was fairly banned in Pioneer, Modern and even Legacy! I wished such an awesome nightmare-panther legend didn't generated all that problems in the MTG world.

Luckylly, Commander it's a totally diferent world with very different rules and metagame, an Lurrus, despite still being a powerful card, never has been problematic in EDH in regard to her power level, as in commander the 1 copy card limitation, the 100 card deck size and the multiplayer setting helps to highly reduce the impact of many single cards in the game. Here is where she belongs, and she offers a very solid base for an awesome graveyard recursion deck in {B}{W}Orzhov!!!
