My first commander deck, based around Zirilan of the Claw. Working around a budget and what dragons I've traded for and collected over the past five years.

Thoughts are appreciated, as are recommendations, but I can't afford some of the big hitters. I'm aware of the combo with Sundial of the Infinite but I don't really want to add that to my deck (I'm aware it may cause arguments with friends, and frankly, the rulings of it are a bit dubious for me too) but any other suggestions would be grand!
