Here's my take on Pir and Toothy.

The Main Win Cons:

1. Draw Whole Deck by Blinking Toothy Repeatedly and Win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac

2. Pump up Toothy and Swing for KO's with Commander Damage

3. Mill Opponents Out with Sphinx's Tutelage by Blinking Toothy

4. Incidental Wins w/Simic Ascendency or Psychosis Crawler
