Sarulf will gather counters from the death of enemy creatures, our own creatures/sorceries/instants/lands. In order to keep our own creatures from being cleared away, we will sacrifice to Viscera Seer (including himself). We will use Forever Young to put all our creatures back in our library where we can use them again, Eternal Witness will let us grab Forever Young to repeat.

Favorite for this deck is Dryad Arbor who will be immune to Sarulf's effect as a Land Creature, so if you need to throw some +1/+1 counters on somewhere else, he will be a safe repository. We wipe, we swing, we win.

The creatures with Mutate can be used on Sarulf to increase the Commander Damage that is dealt, since they are considered one creature with Sarulf at that point, they will not be exiled like Rancor would be (use that one with caution, you don't want to cast it on Sarulf if you're planning to wipe the next turn.)
