The most interesting and probably one of the most fun to play decks I have ever made.

OVERVIEW:

Idk. Persistent Petitioners and a spell shell of cantrips, doubling for those petitioners, control and recursion. No sideboard because I only plan on super casual play for this deck.

BACKSTORY:

This deck is a pile of cool blue cards straight from my trade binder that I just like. The mono blue shell appeals to me, and I have wanted to brew a "good" control deck in this format for a long time. I just used what I had and started building. Then, if all of these were just laying around, how did I get all of the persistent petitioners? For the entire time that ravnica allegiance was the standard draft set, I picked petitioners in packs. I knew that, for one, I wanted a deck like this, and two, that they would go up in price even outside of standard. Now a year later I am up like $26 and a cool new janky deck to fiddle with!
