Let's party like it's 1999. A little nonsense and some group slugging going on here. There are a few strategies in this deck that revolve around punishing players for playing spells, forcing them to play spells by simply taking over, or forcing them to attach each other (not without benefits).
Barbed Shocker and Shocker - because it's that kind of party
Goblin Welder - let's get you a new cup, that one's dirty
Indulgent Tormentor - sometimes you have to pay a cover charge
Humble Defector, Starke of Rath or Keen Duelist - I draw you draw or blow up stuff and pass the potato
Opposition Agent - tutor so I can remove something fun from the game
Kaervek the Merciless, Kederekt Parasite, Stormfist Crusader, or Seizan, Perverter of Truth - a little bondage play never hurt anyone
Allure of the Unknown - I draw 5 cards and you play something crazy
Disrupt Decorum, Rite of the Raging Storm, Bloodthirsty Blade, or Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant- everybody else parties
Custody Battle - Commander swinger party
Heat Stroke - mosh pit
Endless Whispers - the party don't stop
Necromentia, Sadistic Sacrament, Slaughter Games, Thought Hemorrhage, or Praetor's Grasp- no party fouls
Worst Fears, Mindslaver, Sorin Markov - no wallflowers
No Mercy, Cunning Rhetoric - be nice to the host or else...
Haunting Wind - keep the phone usage to a minimum
Etali, Primal Storm, Praetor's Grasp, Cunning Rhetoric, Hurl Through Hell - late night party shenanigans
Stormfist Crusader - drink the punch
Xantcha, Sleeper Agent - beat the piñata
Howling Mine, Otherworld Atlas, Font of Mythos, Temple Bell, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, Spiteful Visions or Teferi's Puzzle Box - shots, shots, shots
Florian, Voldaren Scion, Theater of Horrors, Liliana Vess, Liliana of the Dark Realms, Daretti, Scrap Savant - more for me
If you have any more party favors in mind feel free to pass them along. Really looking to have some fun with this one and not be oppressive. Hoping this deck will be fun in group settings, because who enjoys a solo party?
