Another win con ive been debating on implementing is 2x Purphoros, God of the Forge to make my recursion deadly...but he has to come down a bit before that.
Know of any leave the battlefield/enter the battlefield mechanics in these colors that is effective as a win con and 4 cmc or less?

I really like the idea. I wouldn't have considered R/B for zombies, but Tymaret, the Murder King
is amazing. I see you having issues with any graveyard hate. Things like Rest in Peace
, Leyline of the Void
, Grafdigger's Cage
and Relic of Progenitus
would all be problems.
For these reasons, I decided on G/B Zombie Station for access to Abrupt Decay
and possibly Putrefy
or Maelstrom Pulse
for answers. I'd love your take on my deck.

9/10 ima be playing this casually against my friends who never board with their modern decks as a rule (kinda unspoken rule amongst our group) but i would definitely consider splashing green if were going to make this competitive.

after ALOT of testing...i realized i needed to change the flow a bit.
moved alot of stuff around, but the deck assuredly runs alot more smoothely and is more consistent with controlling board state or stalling until i have a win con

i have Traitorous Blood sideboarded, if they are running a mid/late game deck ill sub em in for Tenacious Dead . i don't have a huge issue with removal, atm my main issue is keeping a field presence early game (primarily guys who can chump block if worse comes to worse)

testing a golgari version...in testing i've had better results using Erebos, God of the Dead MB'd instead of purphoros because he is safe from almost everything, and i can even protect him from Path to Exile by saccing one of the critters giving devotion lol
need some advice...all in all i don't really LOSE anything by dropping red, and gain stability and another valid beater/blocker Lotleth Troll

Testing Sultai Emissary over Reassembling Skeleton, expecting it to do a bit more work for me (manifesting a Geralf's Messenger to get past the etb tap effect <3 )
Gurmag Angler big booty will definitely be a welcome addition.
