Play Thought Lash, then Thassa's Oracle for the win. Use Halimar Depths and Sage of Epityr to stack your deck. Use Codex Shredder, Ghoulcaller's Bell, Taigam's Scheming, and Contingency Plan to dig. Lens of Clarity lets you know when to mill or exile cards, so you can top deck what you need. Conjurer's Bauble can draw a card in response to an opponent's mill effect and/or put a Thassa's Oracle from your graveyard on the bottom of your library (then draw it if your library was empty). Codex Shredder can also return a Thought Lash or Thassa's Oracle from your graveyard to your hand.
