Have Thassa, Deep-Dwelling out and then Spark Double her. Then you can use her end of turn ability multiple times on the Frost Lynx or Kiora's Dambreaker. If you do Kiora's Dambreaker it's ability will hit the Spark Double or any of the other cards with a +1/+1 on it. You don't want to put any +1/+1 counters on Frost Lynx or Kiora's Dambreaker.

If Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner is out when you use Thassa's ability on Kiora's Dambreaker you can draw a card each time. Use Castle Vantress to control your draws.

Sideboard guided. Swap 2 Negate/Quench for 2 Quench/Negate as needed. Take out 4 Frost Lynx for 4 Convolute or 4 Didn't Say Please. Take out 2 Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and a Frost Lynx for 3 Stony Strength if you want to put a +1/+1 counter on something.
