Inspired by the article from Eric Levine(https://www.channelfireball.com/all-strategy/articles/going-deep-with-thassa-in-commander/).

Thought the idea of Thassa/Wizard tribal is sweet but just copying his deck list seemed boring, so I took the idea, opened scryfall and started to build myself. Probably ending up quite similar to his list though.

The current build became a lot more tempo oriented than his attempt, I'm unsure if I like it yet though. Seems interesting but need to play with it more.
