Tokens, Tokens, and more tokens. I hope you like to make tokens because that's what you're gonna do here. Thalisse doesn't care what token, if you make one you will benefit. So the deck is all about making tokens in different ways and sacrificing creatures to either make more tokens or benefit in some way.

There's a few sacrifice outlets that will draw you cards, very important especially in this coloring. With cards like Campaign of Vengeance you can benefit from your massive army, swing in and cause some pain. Or slap down a Vindictive vampire and get those tokens killed to hurt them in that way. It doesn't take long to create a situation where any action taken will punish an opponent.

One nice thing with Thalisse is that she doesn't specify on your end step so you can cast spells that summon tokens on an opponents end step so they are ready for battle on yours.

Something I really love about this commander is that you can easily see the potential. Doing a hyper budget deck tech to me is like building a starter deck. You make something cheap to get someone in the game, then as time goes by they make it their own by upgrading cards in the deck or just adding something they grabbed from a pack. This deck is ripe for that, there are so many cards that are just direct upgrades if your budget permits. Good luck out there!
