Tezz's Machinations
Sparking the scheme.
This deck will replace my U Tron. It works by winning through attrition. Drop Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas and start smashing with 5/5 Mox Opals. Destroy their lands when Ghost Quarter becomes a Strip Mine.
Search Oblivion
Mindlock Orb is great hate card that's easy to get out early. It shuts down a lot of library searching, and can be punishing with Ghost Quarter. Aven Mindcensor stops tutoring and chump for Tezzeret, while Ethersworn Canotist slows down opponents.
Seismic Activity
Crucible of Worlds reuses Ghost Quarters and Darksteel Citadel. It can also bring back Creeping Tar Pit. Great way to keep recurring Darksteel Citadel for Trading Post.
Artificer Esperite
Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas does work here. He turns cheap artifacts into 5/5 beaters, rips through libraries, and ults the second turn he's in play. Great lifegain, can decide the game. 8 dmg ult on turn four isn't uncommon.
Affinity Extract
Lot of drawing. Sac artifacts to Trading Post to draw some more. Tezz digs like crazy. Then recur sac'd artifacts with Academy Ruins or Trading Post once the engine is online.
Tezz's Temper
Tezzeret isn't without a temper, and likes a tidy board. Not just land, but creatures.
