I partially used a decklist from The Commanders Quarters ($25 budget) to make this. I wanted to do the recent Theros buy a box promo, Athreos, but I couldn't find it in a close-by LGS. I still wanted to do Black White, so I found this commander, and it was in stock, and I found the above video that lead to this deck being built! I bought some of the cards that were in stock from the list until I felt I had enough applicable cards. Please give any general feedback, its my first from-scrath(ish?) build!
