Trying to build a mono color deck for every color. I have tried several white lists and have never been satisfied. I love aristocrat style play so maybe this will fit the bill? I have always wanted to play Filigree Familiar in a deck so that was the main reason I built this deck. Although it is no longer an optimal card in this particular Teshar list, it stays.

Note: This deck is slowly in the process of transforming itself into a cEDH decklist inspired by The 99, but not a direct copy.
