The whole deck hinges on its commander, Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle. Once it is in play, the goal is to loop creatures and artifacts between the battlefield and the graveyard, drawing cards and/or adding mana, until you win with Walking Ballista, Altar of Dementia, Blasting Station, or Grinding Station.
The other wincon is the classic Bomberman combo of Auriok Salvagers + Lion's Eye Diamond to generate arbitrarily large amounts of mana.

This deck has a confirmed T2 kill, and a T1 sounds likely, though I have not done the mental math to figure it out. The T2 line I found while playing goes as follow:
Opening hand contains Mana Crypt, Mox Opal, Snow-Covered Plains, Ingenious Smith, Ethersworn Canonist, Hangarback Walker, and Walking Ballista.
T1: play the Plains, cast Mana Crypt, tap the plains and the crypt to play Ethersworn Canonist, play Mox Opal, use the remaining mana from the crypt and the Mox to play Igenious Smith. Hit Ashnod’s Altar with the smith’s ETB trigger.
T2: tap the crypt and the Mox to play the altar. Sac the smith to get CC. Cast Hangarback Walker for X=1. Sac the Walker, then the token to get CCCC. Use three of those mana and the Plains to cast Teshar. Cast Walking Ballista for X=0, return the smith to the battlefield with Teshar’s triggered ability. Find Chromatic Star with the smith’s ETB trigger. Sac the smith, cast the star with C left in the pool, get back the smith, find Workshop Assistant, sac the smith to cast the assistant with the leftover mana. At that point, you have an infinite loop of sacrificing the assistant for CC to return the ballista to your hand, and returning the assistant by casting ballista for X=0. Keep going until you have enough mana to cast a ballista that can kill all the other players.

If you like decks with many moving pieces and which requires to sometimes start going off without knowing if you'll find what you need to win and you want to do it in a color that is not usually associated with combo, consider this one.
