At least from what I know, this is a very different type of temur deck. Rather than gigantic creatures and swinging for the win, this deck is looking to assemble an infinite mana combo by either getting Barrin, Master Wizard and Dockside Extortionist, Bloom Tender and Freed from the Real or Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. After that infinite mana is combo is assembled, the goal is to dump mana into one of the many mana sinks. There are some pingers in the deck as well to apply pressure. Let me know what you think.
