Deck constructed around the card Song of Creation and Rielle, the Everwise, that will make us draw an insane amount of cards without having trouble from the discard effect of this enchantment. In addition, having a cycle mechanic thanks to Unpredictable Cyclone will allow us to fasten the process of of self-milling by casting permanent for free easily depending on the cycled card type. One of the best values cards you can get from this enchantment are from sorcery spells. Indeed, having Unpredictable Cyclone in play, cycling Boon of the Wish-Giver will allow you to cast another Boon of the Wish-Giver for 1 mana or even a Genesis Ultimatum, simply because those are the only sorcery spells in the deck. Also, cycling enchantment will also allow you to look for Wilderness Reclamation and Leyline of Anticipation to give flash speed play every single turn + cycle effect from Unpredictable Cyclone, for Shark Typhoon to make flyer blockers in the move (card that can be used also for it's cycle abilites, giving also an efficient blocker), or even Song of Creation if your battleground is well-equipped for it (Song of Creation found after a cycled enchantment is not a mandatory thing to cast since you can just put it back on the bottom of you library if not cast). Yidaro, Wandering Monster is a must have in this deck since you can cycle your hand and have the benefit of getting it into the battlefield for free at some point after a fourth cycle or even from Unpredictable Cyclone.
