I've touched up my old KTK Temur deck with some additions such as Genesis Ultimatum and gave it the 7-elf ramp package to make it fast enough for Pioneer. Still an experimental deck, YMMV

Basic idea is to get Temur Ascendancy on the field and ramp as fast as possible into a big ultimatum, or cast Sarkhan Unbroken and take over the game with dragon tokens.

Alternatively, get Xenagos, God of Revels on the field and rush out Dragonlord Atarka to clear out blockers and hit your opponent in the face for 16.
