With all the Dimir mill(yeah by my profile I should love it) I wanted to do something different with mill.

If you have followed my Shrines decks then the strategy here won't be foreign. Using the stalling power of white this deck tries to keep the board under control until the mill engine comes online.

Teferi, Master of Time , Teferi's Ageless Insight , and Teferi's Tutelage are the main pieces. Once these are out it is just a matter of drawing cards as often as you can.

As stated in the name this is still a test and I haven't had many games with it yet. Will update once I have more data, in the meantime any feedback is welcome.
