This deck has been a favorite of mine for a long time now. It runs off very little or no creatures at all. I usually get full control of the board state by turn 6 or 7 and before then my opponents are usually to afraid to attack me or target me because of all my fun ways to slow them down or send all their "non-land" permanents back to their hand.

The planeswalkers in this deck are definitely the win conditions that work most often. Creatures don't do so bad either but they are usually just there to stop people from attacking Teferi, Temporal Archmage.

Aside from being able to bounce so many things so effeciently this deck has a lot of "digging" that works very well for it. Cards like Teferi himself or even Teferi's Puzzle Box let me dig into my deck crazy fast and help me evolve to certain situations easily. There are also many ways in this deck to permanently remove my opponent's commander, such as Declaration of Naught, Void Stalker, Spell Crumple, and Proteus Staff.

This deck does not look threatening at all until you suddenly realize that you can't do anything without fear of it getting sent back to your hand or to your library! Tamiyo, the Moon Sage breaks this deck if she gets her final ability off. Being able to keep all my bounce spells and counters in my hand forever is very nice.

Inexorable Tide and Contagion Engine are fairly hard to cast but they help all my planeswalkers considerably; sometimes helping put an extra 2-3 counters on each of my planeswalkers each turn AFTER i use their abilities!

Play test the deck and you'll see what I mean. The best part of this deck is watching your opponents face when he attacks you with his all mighty army and then you overload a Cyclonic Rift and follow it with AEtherspouts a few turns later ;D
