Trying to make an ally deck that relies mostly on Rally. Any advice is most welcome. Right now I'm trying to figure out what the worse allies are to cut them down.

Alternative strategies to maximize Rally are quite welcome.

At this point I don't intend to change the mana base. Any changes would just make it way more expensive and I don't intend to spend much money on this deck right now (the only exception to this would be the inclusion of Gemstone Mine if I decide to add Proliferate to the deck). And even though thus far this isn't that much budget friendly, I own all the expensive cards.

Also, my playgroup frowns on infinite combos and infect. Shame, I know. :)
