When I first saw Tayam, Luminous Enigma I knew this had CEDH potential. After some consideration, I figured the best line would be infinite persist combos. All you need for the Persist combo is a Sac Outlet, a Persist Creature, Something that abuses Persist, and a Win Condition.

 The way the combo works is you need to have a Sac Outlet, a Creature With Persist, a Persist Abuser, and a Win Condition. With this, you keep sacrificing the persist creature, and it'll return with no -1/-1 counter thanks to one of the Persist Abusers (A +1/+1 Counter and a -1/-1 counter would just balance each other out and lead to neither one being on said creature). With that, you can infinitely sacrifice the Persist creature. When you get infinite sacrifice triggers, you either deck the rest of the table with Altar of Dementia, get infinite mana to sink into some X-Spell that wins the game.

 One other thing to note is that most cards in the deck are CMC 3 or less so that Tayam can reanimate them.
