Commanders Quarters with tatyova deck with a lot of upgrades, not budget anymore. ;-; This deck is a little heavy on the ramp, looking for suggestions to make it more control and value-focused. Typically wins with retreat to coralhelm + creature that taps to put land to field + tatyova, drawing out the deck and winning with lab man. Not quite CEDH but I would put this deck at an 8.5-9/10 for power level.
