This deck generally wins with large, uncounterable spells like Torment of Hailfire or Villainous Wealth. The easiest way to do this is with tutors, and to copy it with a flipped primal amulet . With so many tutors and efficient answers/threats, the deck is very consistent and competitive. I tried not to add any infinite combos, as those are generally frowned upon in my playgroup, but there are back-breaking combos like notion thief+time spiral.

I picked Tasigur, the Golden Fang over Damia, Sage of Stone because I like commanders that are easy to cast, and that the deck doesn't rely on to win games. If anyone has suggestions on cards, or changes that could be made, besides the obvious stuff like 'get an Underground Sea' I'm open to suggestions.
