This Thassa deck is a new design, and part of my initiative to have a Double Rainbow of Mono-Colored decks- one with old bordered Commanders, one with new.

Unlike most blue decks, this one has a little more permanent-dependency, as i tend to cast Thassa in "low tide" to start the scrying and assembling devotion, and hopefully the swinging for consistent damage and card draw.
