This deck is a rogue tribal deck with a minor discard theme added on. I decided on a dip into discard because some discard related cards like Painful Quandary and Shrieking Affliction are very good for Sygg, the reason being that they can draw you cards in each of your opponent's turns. In addition, discard is also card advantage (in the right circumstances), so it is inherently valuable in and of itself. I didn't want to add cards like Liliana's Caress and Megrim as though they are powerful, discard is not the main theme of the deck and will likely be dead on their own, while other hand size and discard payoffs have more payoff for less legwork. I will likely tinker more with it to get the balance of all the components right.
