Sword of the Thopters (Modern MTG Deck)

Always had a soft spot for Thopter Foundry and its distant cousin Nuisance Engine, even before I knew about the Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry combo. So this is me taking a stab at what I think it could look like...

Card Breakdown

Now I have seen a few variants that run this combo strictly U/W but I figured I may as well have fun with all the colors so I could play stuff like Inquisition of Kozilek and Esper Charm. The rest is standard U/W tempo-control with a playset of both Remand and Path to Exile. I got a playset of Serum Visions too, of course, as well as the recently un-banned Ancestral Vision for the card advantage.

Landbase

I'll be honest, I don't know exactly what I am doing here. Just kinda threw together a hodge-podge of stuff that kinda made sense. PLEASE feel free to correct me or make suggestions. I have never been a huge fan of man-lands but I see a lot of Celestial Colonnade thrown around U/W and Esper so I can be convinced.

Aggro or Control?

I'm having a hard time deciding the ratio I want this deck to be focused on pumping out tokens versus Esper control. I feel like I have struck somewhat of a balance with my current spell selection but I would like comments and critiques to help me sort this out.

Jesus this deck is so expensive but it is gonna be so GD fun once I win the lottery.

I would really like to squeeze in two Intangible Virtues but I am not sure what to drop for them. Would love some help thinking about this.

...Oh! and my sideboard is a mess, I know. Haven't been around the competitive scene enough to know what this will need sideboard support from so suggestions in that department would be great too!
