Turn 1 Storm Combo

Tendrils of Agony Vintage storm decks are the fastest decks in Magic. Period.

This deck is a traditional Storm deck. Storm is one of the most broken keywords in magic: it allows for decks to repeatedly cast spells until they get to a point where they can cast something and copy it enough times to kill. Tendrils of Agony is the most efficient of these, as it only needs to be cast as the tenth spell of a turn. This may seem like a lot, but with sufficient knowledge of how this deck works, it is possible to cast Tendrils as the tenth spell about 75% of the time on turn 1.

Ramp: This is Vintage, so we have access to a lot of restricted cards: Black Lotus , Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault and the Moxes are just so efficient at providing fast mana that they have to be included, I just wish I could have more than 1 of each. [Dark Ritual]] and Cabal Ritual provide a hefty amount of black mana, they need to be included. Lion's Eye Diamond and Chrome Mox have larger drawbacks, so they are limited to 1-ofs. Lotus Petal just isn't efficient enought o warrant more than 1 of it.
Tutor: There's a reason that Demonic Tutor is restricted, straight tutor to hand is incredibly powerful. Vampiric Tutor and Imperial Seal are also restricted, and though not as powerful as demonic, they cost less and work really well with Brainstorm. Life is a resource is combo decks, and Night's Whisper and Spoils of the Vault utilize it to the fullest.
Draw: Ancestral Recall is the single most efficient card in Magic, unconditional draw 3 cards for is unrivaled in card advantage. Brainstorm is nowhere near as powerful, but it is the second most powerful draw spell for only . It's great with shuffling effects to remove problem cards from your hand. Darkwater Egg and Chromatic Sphere are great color filters, especially with colorless mana sources, and they cantrip, always nice. Repeal is an epic piece of storm count adder, as it will bounce any rock that has an efficiency of at least +1, and net you mana and a card. Though Yawgmoth's Will isn't exactly card draw, the advantage it gives in great, casting 2 Ancestral Recalls in one turn is so much fun.
Lands: Land Grant is pretty much always a free tutor, as with only 3 lands, you are unlikely to draw one. It is important to have 2 forests, so Bayou and Tropical Island are the logical choices. Misty Rainforest is just in there for security.
