Waiting for the new rat lord in all will be one, that will be your wincon in the deck. This is standard rats tho, amass many and swing wide. Ogre slumlord isn't a fantastic card and could prolly be swapped out for something, but he is decent utility. Personally I'd swap him out with K'rrik son of Yawgmoth because of all the lifegain shenanigans with Vito, or with ratcatcher. One of your main problems is going to be card draw. Sensei's divining top is gonna be good as well as the funny tribal horn. You really don't want to stall out in this deck. Vito is here because lifelink is beautiful, and he combos really well with whip of erebos. I have akroma's memorial which is really is your most expensive (mana wise) card. This also combos exceptionally well with Vito because of trample. Haven't actually built it yet, but when I finish it, I'll make changes where I can. You don't need tutors, but since it's black its honestly a good idea to run them. If anything you could just run with one/no tutors and I think it would be fine.
