Krakens and other HUGE blue underwater monstrosities!

The deck works by letting you draw and Scry through your deck for a Quest for Ula's Temple, then allows you to manage the top of your deck to power it up. Since the Temple gets counters when you reveal a creature card from the top of your deck, the deck is built to be creature-heavy. Which means many of the creatures have spell-like abilities because there are less non-creature spells. This also means you will reach a high Devotion quickly for Thassa, God of the Sea since the deck has more blue permanents than spells. Once she is out, Thassa helps you either power up the Temple, or once it's powered up, she lets you dig through for big bad Krakens.
