This is my Vorel deck. It has a bad mana base because I have a low budget and could only work with stuff I had on hand. The maybeboard is all stuff I'm thinking about putting in, but other opinions would be appreciated. This deck has so many problems, I don't even know what to ask for help with. Also, I need more consistent card draw. Feedback would be appreciated.
